CIIF REGIONAL CENTER
The California Investment Immigration Fund, LLC (CIIF) is approved and designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) as a “Regional Center” for participation in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot Program.
The CIIF Regional Center operates exclusively within the County of Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.
We focus primarily on financing and developing commercial and mixed-use real estate in the following five target industries:
- hotel and hospitality
- retail
- mixed use residential
- commercial and industrial/warehousing
- restaurant & entertainment
CIIF currently plans the development of an Asian Commerce Center in Los Angeles County. |
